Spark™ brings the worlds or work, education and

young people together to make a difference.

Good career guidance is critical if young people are to raise their aspirations and capitalise on the opportunities available to them. It is the key to social mobility. It is about showing young people, whatever their social and family background, the options open to them, and helping them make the right choices to set them on the path to rewarding future careers.

This is particularly important for young people who come from families without experience of higher education, or who live in areas of deprivation, or whose ethnicity or gender is under-represented in certain occupations.

Spark™ is an online platform which inspires young people through FREE interactive careers live stream webinars, featuring key employers and hosted by well known presenters. It also includes FREE profiling to help young people choose the right career for them.
